Tim Bathurst moved to Philadelphia after graduating from Westminster Theological Seminary to pursue a career in full-time ministry.  He served as Associate Pastor at New Life Presbyterian for 10 years and Church Planter at Circle of Hope for 2 years.  After closing down Circle of Hope Northeast, Tim's life took a turn in a completely different direction.  He became a Realtor.

Initially, Tim's transition to real estate was out of necessity:  "After closing down Circle of Hope Northeast, I needed a job.  There were no openings for me in ministry at the moment so I turned to the business world.  A good friend, Roy, recommended real estate and offered me a job.  I was ready for a change so I jumped at the chance."

"People consistently ask me why I got in Real Estate after being a Pastor.  They see it as an unusual transition.  My reply is always the same, 'I don't see much difference between the two.  People are people and in both of my jobs I am here to help, listen, and serve."
